Rivka was diagnosed with POTS disease and could not stand on feet more than 5 minutes or walk 10 minutes. Her heart bit was pounding hard 133+.
Rivka spent her last 5 years in bed until she decided to take her life seriously and came to Prof. Boaz Dolev. Today, Rivka is able to walk over 3 hrs,
her heart bit is excellent 85 to 100 with intense exercises.

Carson, 20 yrs old male had sport injury in 2018 which caused him sever damage to both hips, sprained ankle, and could not bend his body due to lower back issue on L4/5
During 2022, when the injuries exacerbated Carson was not able to walk straight, bend or open his legs.
In 2022, Carson was diagnosed with two hips Dysplasia and necessitated surgeries on both hips.
Carson's parents flew him to Germany for stem cell treatments but the specialists could not help as they requested two hips surgeries.
From Germany, the family took Carson to L.A California for another opinion or treatments and they reached the ARP system.
With only one hope of ARP, Sharon (mother) started to look for ARP in Canada and so she came across Prof. Boaz Dolev in Toronto.
After few discussions with Prof. Boaz Dolev, Carson was scheduled for treatments with Boaz. Carson undergone his first hip surgery and
two days after he started 10 days massive treatments with Boaz and was fully recovered with no pain. After the second hip surgery, Carson
attended additional 10 days treatments with ARP and was fully recovered. Furthermore, ARP helped Carson to remove his swollen ankle and corrected
his ROM where he could not bend his ankle before.
In addition to his issues, Carson was seeing a chiropractor regarding his L4/5 but still could not bend down his back. After additional 10 sessions with ARP, Carson was able
to bend down and all issues with his lower back have gone. Carson recovered amazingly and his ROM was outstanding.
In less than two months with ARP, Carson was fully recovered from both hips surgeries without any pain which usually takes 1 year for any post hip
surgery in rehab. Carson was able to bend down completely and spread his legs. Amazing recovery in such a short time as the mother
Sharon said "Boaz, thank you very much you saved our son"

About a year ago, I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand due to nerve issue. Since my operation, my hand condition got worsen and I could not move my fingers.
I was running from hospital to different clinics and I did not get the help I needed. Doctors diagnosed me with peripheral neuropathy but all
they can do was testing and testing with no viable solution. I could not use by hand and later on it effected my right hand and very soon I could not use my both hands,
I felt burning pain, numbness, no sensation, swollen hands and I could not open my fingers and I was in terrible pain. I could not sleep and it also resonated to my feet.
My wife came across an ad by Prof. Boaz Dolev pertaining nerve pain damage and neuropathy and we discussed my issue with Boaz from Prof. Boaz Dolev. Boaz explained us the latest
technology that he has from USA which is the only one in Canada where neurologists don't have this technology in Canada. We checked the American websites that was given to us by Dr. Boaz and
we were ready to take the treatments. We made an arrangement and came to Toronto for treatments. As Boaz described, after 15 sessions of neuropathy I could move my fingers in both hands,
no pain and no swollen. We went back to Peterborough so Boaz can continue to work on my feet. Unfortunately I fell and and was taken to hospital were I had a surgery on my
neck and now I am in rehab and waiting for Boaz to complete his treatments on my feet. The system really works - thank you Boaz.

I was diagnosed with TMJ and no doctor or
chiropractor could help me ease my pain. I
could not open my mouth more than two fingers.
I could not sleep due to my pain. As a result,
my TMJ pain resonated to my neck, shoulders and
knees as I could not walk straight. I
searched for a solution and came across ARP in Toronto. I phoned up Boaz and he
promised me that he can help me with my TMJ.
After only three sessions I was pain free, my pain
in my shoulders have gone, my walk is normal,
and I can
open up my mouth with almost 4 fingers. I have no
pain and I can sleep very well – well done and thank
you very much Prof. Boaz Dolev.

For almost 22 years I suffered from TMJ
pain. Anytime I needed to eat or open my mouth I felt
my joints in my face as I heard clicking noises. I've
tried all kinds of treatments but non could get rid of my
TMJ pain. I heard about ARP and I went to see Boaz.
After 5 treatments I was completely TMJ pain free - Thank
you so much after 22 years to be pain free.

About 10 years ago, I had a terrible auto accident. As
I walked in downtown Toronto a car hit me and I flew in the
air for about 3 meters and I landed on my side. The
doctors wanted to rush me for a hip surgery. I was
reluctant to do any surgery as I was aware the risks
involved with hip replacement surgery. I was sent to a
chiropractor for three (3) years and I was still in heavy
pain, screaming almost every day. When the
Chiropractor did not help I tried Physiotherapy for another
two (2) years but nothing was able to ease my pain to some
degree and I was in a level of 9 (from 1-10) every morning
as I could not walk and cried all the time. My friend
told me about ARP and I had no choice to try it before
deciding on a surgery. On the first day with Boaz, I
felt comfort somehow because Boaz told me that I was not
diagnosed properly and I do not have any issue with my hip.
My lawyer prepared the papers against my insurance and I
commenced 10 treatments with ARP. After the sixth
treatment I was relieved from any pain and after completing
all my treatments I had no words to say to Boaz who saved my
agony and made me pain free - wow, thank you very much
Boaz I do recommend ARP to anybody pre-surgery or any
pain.

I
could not walk as I was diagnosed with severe
Achilles Tendon Bursitis on my right ankle, and the only
option was a surgery as my doctor told me. I have
tried to carry on with swimming and physio hopefully
it will go but it just got worsen. I heard about ARP
Way from my friend and I decided to give it a try before
going to surgery AND, there was no assurance that the
surgery will fix it. I met with Boaz and decided to do
treatments. After 15 sessions, my acute pain
was elevated and some little pain remain - I was very happy
as I managed to avoid unnecessary surgery and I am able to
walk freely.

I am highly recommended The Treatment for CMT by Prof. Boaz Dolev. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with CMT, which
progressed to Level 2 where I could not feel my legs when
walking. I was walking like an alien with funny movements
to sides. My mother in her 80s was with me all the time as
I needed her to support me not to fall. I fall many times.
Doctors told me that in five years I am going to be on a
wheelchair and there is no solution or hope – CMT is a
disease with no cure. I developed droop foot on my both
feet and could not move my toes. I
travelled with my mother to the far East to find solutions
but nothing except spending fortune of money. I heard about
Prof. Boaz Dolev and I went to see him hopefully to help me.
Boaz told me that he can help me but it will require
many treatments. After 20 sessions I started to feel my
legs and after 25 sessions I felt my legs and could move my
toes. My left foot recovered from drop foot and my right
foot slightly recovered. I can jump, walk, and run which I
could not do. Moreover, before, when I was driving, I used
to lift my leg with my hand to press the gas pedal by
keeping visual contact with my speed limit as I did not have
any sensation on my legs. Today, I drive normal as I feel
my both legs and toes. I can lift my legs without the help
of my hands. I am able to walk alone so my mom can rest at
home. I am very grateful to Boaz and I hope more
people with CMT will have the treatments as I did.
Victoria Zilbershtain - Toronto, Ontario
For the past 6 years, I am suffering from
peripheral neuropathy and CMT with no feeling or sensation
on my both legs; as well I had numbness on my both arms . I
could not pick up small things with my fingers. I was
walking with a cane but fall many times. I felt like a
paralyzed person from torso down to my feet. I was driving
with no sensation on my legs just by picking up my leg with
my hand and pressing it on the gas, likewise, when breaking
I had to lift my leg and press it on the breaks.
Boaz assured me that he can help me.
Today, after 8 sessions I started to feel my legs for the
first time after six years, I have no more numbness on my
arms as I can lift tiny things with my fingers. I am
driving without lifting my legs, I feel warm in my feet
which they were cold for the past six years. From time to
time I lose my balance but I am only at the beginning with
my treatments and I can see promising results. I do
recommend Prof. Boaz Dolev treatments to anybody with neuropathy
issues.

I suffered from pain in my hip and from time
to time I had headaches which I could not sleep many
nights. My symptoms are side effects due to my chemo
treatments. I am a cancer survivor and the treatments with
medication that I received (still taking) caused me pain all
over my body. No pain killer, physio or any treatment could
helped as it is related to pain from chemo. I was treated
2-3 times and I do not have any pain in my hip and my
headaches are gone as I can sleep very well. I sincerely thank
Boaz who helped me with
my pain.
Pnina S. Nahman - Toronto, Ontario
I had six (6) surgeries in my lower back
L4/L5 and consequently developed Drop Foot. I am using
a cane to aid me in walking. The pain did not go and
no doctor in England could have helped me. I was
schedule for another surgery on my lower back in London,
England but said to myself - stop, they don't work!. A
Family member from Israel told me about ARP treatments and I
have decided to contact Prof. Boaz Dolev from Canada whom I met on
Facebook. I called him up from my place in London,
England and after few phone calls I decide to come to
Toronto for two weeks to have treatments Boaz told me
in advanced that I need more than two weeks but because i
have a business to run i could not stay more than two weeks.
After two weeks of treatments my drop foot was completely
gone, I managed to walk sometimes without my cane and my
pain was reduced. I knew the two weeks was not
sufficient as Boaz told me but I had to return back to
England. For sure I know that ARP treatments can help
me in the long run as I heard. I am waiting to Boaz to
complete my treatments in Israel B"H

My son John, 15 years old, had ACL tear while playing
basketball in school. We went to see a doctor and he
advised us on surgery. Although it was the only option
we knew at that time we heard about ARP treatment and my
husband and myself decided to try the ARP for John.
We had Boaz who treated John and after the treatments we
went to see the doctor who wanted to operate John. He
was very surprised to see how strong was the ACL after the
ARP treatments. John was back to play after few weeks
and we are all happy and thank Boaz for the ARP treatments
which avoided the surgery for John.

Thank for the intro to the ARP. I just wrapped up my
season with a loss to the Orlando magic. I have received
great reviews about my play this season. While I was in San
Antonio I was not playing at all besides a few minutes here
and there. I ended up getting traded to the Charlotte
Bobcats who had 4 centres hurt. I began to play 25-30 wins a
game and to everyone's amazement I was able to become a key
factor in helping the team make the play-offs for the first
time in franchise history. Now I have teams trying to pick
me up for next season. I will really be able to train with
the machine this off-season. What will they have to say when
I come back even better Thanks for everything ... let's go
to work!

Indianapolis
Colts Pro Bowl defensive end Dwight Freeney has a torn
ligament in his right ankle that will make it difficult for
him to play against the New Orleans Saints in Super Bowl
XLIV, a source familiar with the injury told ESPN NFL
Insider Adam Schefter. The Colts were maintaining Sunday
that Freeney has a low ankle sprain and remained
questionable, which means he has about a 50-50 chance of
playing.
A
third-degree ankle sprain by definition involves a complete tear of an ankle
ligament. Despite the fact that Colts president Bill Polian has predicted that
Freeney will play, there are serious questions about whether he will. Even if
Freeney can, the question then becomes how effective he can be. Freeney, who has
been in a walking boot all week, flew to South Florida on Friday to begin a
battery of treatments for the ankle. Freeney has used a hyperbaric chamber this
week to help heal, a technique he often uses to try to heal from injuries
quickly.
Freeney is also using a device called ARP that is similar to
a stem device to move the blood supply to the damaged ankle.
The ARP operates differently from normal stem devices, but
ARP has helped him in past years recover quickly from groin
and hamstring pulls. Freeney will continue undergoing
treatment all week with the hope of playing. But if the
Colts do not have Freeney, they will be missing their top
defender, a player who tied for third in the league this
season with 13.5 sacks.

I had muscle pain in my lower back for years. I spent, and
my insurance companies have spent, thousands of dollars by
treating the pain (symptom) and not the injury (the muscles
in my leg). My good friend and neighbor, a former NHL player and now
agent, introduced me to ARP. In one session last week, they identified the problem as a strained ligament
in my left ankle (I like to say 'old sports injury'). Truth is, I may have
stepped in a gopher hole, years ago. By taping together my Fibula and Tibia (a job my injured ligament used to
do) and using ARP I am better distributing my body weight and am
largely muscular pain free. I just need to build strength in my left leg,
which has atrophied. I am looking forward to a summer at the cabin, doing all the things I used
to do, and have not done recently.
Some things impact your life for a day or two and sometimes very special
things happen that impact your life forever.
August 4, 2005, our
son, Paul had reconstructive surgery. He knew he would not be playing
football his senior year of high school, but the doctors said he "might" be
able to wrestle. The day before surgery we received a call from a friend of
ours recommending an alternative form of muscle therapy. We made a phone
call to Ben at OPC. He said to bring Paul in after surgery. He got out of
the hospital on Friday and went to OPC on Monday. The results were nothing
short of amazing.
Therapy began by getting him off pain meds and
bringing the muscle swelling down. I could go on and on with what the OPC
staff did for Paul, but there is too much more to this story. Short version
for Paul - He started wrestling his senior year with the rest of the team
and a month before the doctors told him he wouldn't step on a mat. He never
missed a match! He placed at state and signed a letter of intent to wrestle
at the University of Minnesota this fall. OPC not only helped him get his
strength back but also gave him the confidence to go out and compete.
Nothing sells better than success and we wanted our entire family to
experience training at OPC. Thomas thought it was the best gift he could
give our children. By the first of June 2006, there was 8 Ode's training at
OPC. My husband and I train so we can keep up with our 6 kids and stay young
enough to enjoy them. The kids train to be the best they can be in whatever
they are doing.
Our experience doesn't end there… Calvin has a
story to tell also. After training at OPC for a month, Calvin was in a
bicycle accident. He had surgery on his leg. Ben and Tasha visited him in
the hospital and promised he would be "good as new" in no time. This was a
promise they kept. He was off his crutches in less than 2 weeks. With ARP
therapy, his broken leg was actually bigger than his other leg at the first
post-op checkup. (not swelling, it was muscle!) By his next checkup, he was
running.
We never imagined that when we received that phone call last August that we
would become involved with something so special. Ben, Tasha, Dr. Sara, Dr.
J, Jay, and Denis are wonderful people. They truly care and give of
themselves. Not only are they our doctors and trainers, they are our
friends.

I was referred to the ARP Clinic in 2002. I was suffering from muscle leg
pains and also had weakness in my right calf. The ARP machine helped me
return to a normal routine of exercise while enabling me to build up
strength in my right calf. Without the ARP training I would never have been
able to endure the pains in my legs. The neurologist that diagnosed my
problem suggested Pilates as a way to stretch my lower extremities and build
a more solid core. This worked to a point, but the ARP training was the real
key to recovery. I was so pleased with the results that I convinced my
personal trainer to become a licensee. This way I could train with the ARP
at the Minneapolis JCC. Not only am I using the ARP Trainer, but several
members of the JCC are satisfied users.

In January of 2007 I suffered a muscular back problem and could barely get
out of bed let alone swing a golf club. My wife had been working with Dennis
and Jay for 2 years and had never had a back issue with her career so I
decided to give it a try. I was amazed. After 10 sessions of therapy (over
the course of 3 days) I was swinging a golf club at full speed, and a week
later was off to the next PGA Tour stop. I have been using the ARP Therapy
and Training protocols ever since. I have never been stronger.

I consulted with Tim 5 weeks before reporting to camp weighing in at 185lbs
and struggling to increase my velocity. I was stuck at 84MPH!
After an ARP body scan and AK evaluation Tim had me convinced that my body
was performing way under par and that I needed to try The ARP System and
UltraFIT training. After just 1 week I felt and looked like a better athlete and couldn't
believe the stuff Coach Schroeder had me doing. It goes against everything I
was taught to do whilst playing college ball! 5 weeks later and I am over 10lbs heavier, throwing in the 90's seemingly
effortlessly and have more awareness of my body, it's movements and control
on my pitches...especially considering I hadn't thrown the duration of my
training time with Tim. My first day on the mound and even my old team mates
and coaches couldn't believe my physical size and my velocity and accuracy. Coach Schroeders training has shown me that there are better ways to train
and that it is essential to prepare the body in order to perform at high
levels of skill. This is definitely a system I will be sticking to no matter
where I go.

Taylor Meyer - Hip& Hamstring Genius frequently stands alone. And it often
swims against the tide. We were skeptical at first, primarily
because we couldn't get our minds fully around his philosophy and his
philosophy sometimes ran counter to conventional thinking. But like most big
ideas...the best thinking often happens outside of the box. We decided to
trust, and are very grateful that we did.
Our son is a competitive national athlete who incurred a muscle injury that
took him fully out of his sport for 4 months before we found Denis. Denis'
first reaction to our situation was shock that our son had not been playing
for so long, given the injury he had. We hired Denis and licensed his
technology, and our son has been restored to full health in 2 months.
Without question, the Arp and Denis' consultation were instrumental to
his healing.

Nicholas J.
Nick is a 20 yr old college soccer and tennis player from Orange, CT who had
a full ACL muscle tear in the Spring of 2007. Following is a testimonial
from his mother, Mary to Debbie Gray, ARP Trainer, Accelerated Recovery &
Performance Clinic in New Jersey.
"Thank you for all of the assistance for Nicholas' surgery recovery. We just
saw the surgeon for Nick's (final) post-surgery check. He confirmed that
Nick's (surgical) knee has achieved the same flexibility, mobility and
strength as his (other) knee. He gave Nick full permission to resume all
activities (without his brace). How do we thank you for the enormous advantage that ARP gave Nick during his
recovery At every step, ARP both accelerated and contributed to his full
recovery.
· Within the first two weeks of the surgery, ARP significantly reduced the
muscle swelling - helping Nick feel better and be able to begin physical
therapy more easily.
· Within the first four weeks, ARP accelerated the rehab of the muscles
around his knee, enabling him to increase the difficulty of the ARP PT
protocols. He actually began "SPRINTS" out on the lawn within the first
month - something he could not have imagined.
Nick believes that the ARP accelerated his recovery by at least 50% if not
more. He felt that the ARP doubled/tripled the return on his effort - as he
worked through the rehab protocols. Contrasting the ARP workouts to his
regular PT workouts - he recognizes how much harder and faster ARP pushed
his recovery. He consistently achieved recovery benchmarks faster than he or his
(surgeon) expected. Thanks you again for all of your skill, help and
support. You pushed him to push himself when he could and you provided the
expertise and tools to help him be successful. You will be the first call if
(really when), one of us in need of help recovering from a problem or
surgery like this again."
Mary J., Orange, CT.
Here is the time-line and results of my ARP experience:
5-6-06 Went to hit golf balls and while trying to hit a small bucket of ball
(35), I needed to sit down 5 times to release the muscle pain in my lower
back.
5-8-06 My first visit to OPC. I have had same lower back muscle problem for
over 50 years. I was born with a muscle problem and before I leave that day
I go from being not able to touch my toes by a good 6" to being able to
touching my toes.
5-11-06 After 4 sessions with Ben, my pain in my lower back muscles is
substantially reduced and I am getting movement to the left side of my neck,
which was limited to very little movement if any. I can rotate my shoulders
and arms 45 degrees both ways up from a 25-30 degree turn. Still touching my
toes each morning.
5-13-06 I hit another small bucket of balls and only had to stop once to
make sure I do not lock up my back. Back muscles still hurts but I can still
hit golf balls.
5-26-06 Finished my 10th session with Ben. My neck and back rotation has
become as good as an average person with no back muscle problems. My back
strength and neck movement is getter better and better
5-29-06 I hit a small bucket of balls without stopping, first time I could
this in about 3 years. Back muscles do not tighten up at all while
practicing.
5-30-06 Next step is to start the rehab program with Ben for 1 or 2 months
to build up the muscles for my back…I'll keep you posted if Ben does not
work me to DEATH!!

When I first walked in to see Ben, Denis, and Jay, I couldn't sit up
straight in a chair. I did something severe to my back muscles where I
wasn't able to walk or sleep well. They definitely improved me by 50% the
first day after seeing them! Then, within 3 day of ARP treatment I haven't
lost a night's rest because of muscle back problems. It's been tremendous. I
want to look forward to no muscle pain plus a future with no pain. With my
use of the ARP it's going to look like a muscle pain free future.
In one way or another I've been working out my entire adult life and through
college. Thing I like most about OPC is that the egos are left at the door
because of the kind of training that gets done here (i.e. there are 12 year
old that can do things that college age kids and certainly this old guy here
struggle with). It's not like going into one of these work-out places where
these guys are slamming the weights around, pushing out their chests like
that macho stuff. In here, everybody knows how hard the training is and what
kid of result they can expect from the training. I really appreciate that
aspect where we all realize how difficult some of these exercises and
positions are even as simple as they look. As you go through the training
you realize that it's pretty much an equal playing field except for some of
the elite athletes you see from time to time. It's great to see them because
they give you something to shoot for as far as your training is concerned.
You hope to be able to do things as well as they can do one day.

I had total knee replacement surgery on both knees. I was also having muscle
pain.
Now I've gone through this program for 2 months and I can sit in that
position (wall squat) for 5 minutes in the extreme slow, I can do the 50
reps, and I can do the altitudes. I would have never dreamed that when I
started. It's made a big difference and the ARP itself for the joint pain. My wife and I did a spinning class and I thought, "Well, I haven't done
anything aerobic; I'll see how long I can last". Next thing I know the hour
of class is over and I was surprised I made it!
I'm walking more of a natural walk where as before I looked like I was a
little sore and probably walking more gingerly than a normal stride. Mainly
it's helped me do day-to-day things. My quad muscles are night and day than
when I came in. I've probably put on 8-9 lbs and my waist has gotten
smaller. My pants are a little looser

Training at OPC is fun, I've gotten a lot more balance and I don't fall as
much on beam. I keep getting better and I don't feel like I ever seem to go
backwards and have to go back to do something over. I always seem to be
gaining more skills - both here and gymnastics. I don't eat as much junk food and I don't go out to eat as much and I eat at
home and eat healthier now. That gives me more energy.

I've been to a lot of doctors and spent a lot of money. I didn't know what
was wrong and nobody could tell me. I lived with it for 2 years. The muscles
in my legs were quivering 24 hours a day, aching, it was maddening. After
going through the ARP treatment at OPC my muscle problems went away. The
numbness in my leg muscle went away, the pounding in my foot muscles, and
hip problems all went away. I did it. It worked and I'm happy about it.

I think the treatment is phenomenal. I came out of the University of Minnesota
and was told I'd never play baseball again because of reconstructive surgery on

along with my ankle this spring, they said I'd be out 6 weeks, I wasn't even out

he's helped me every time.

Annie developed a toe muscle injury during a soccer tournament on June 10, 2007.
After 6 weeks of immobilization, ice, heat, and ibuprofen there was still no
improvement. Annie's club soccer coach recommended ARP treatments from Ben at
OPC.
With ten treatments over one week, Annie's toe muscles became pain free.
Prior to treatment, the muscle pain kept her from putting weight on the toe
during normal walking. A few days after the treatments at OPC, she was able
to participate in high school soccer tryouts and enjoy a full, muscle
pain-free season. Without ARP, Annie would have missed her entire freshman
soccer season.

I had major reconstructive surgery.
I didn't get to use the ARP machine as much as I would have liked because I
went to school in North Dakota. But one week after my operation, I used the
ARP to rehab my knee muscles . I went into the therapy session on crutches
and about scale 8 pain. I left the FIRST session walking on my own and
muscle pain reduced to half. That was also the first great night of sleep I
had since the injury occurred. The ARP machine helped my recovery and I
would recommend it to anyone that has had the operation that I had. No doubt
about it; it is far better than any other physical therapy out there.
P.S.: When I went back to my physical therapist to track my progression; and
one of the PT's working had to look at my chart because she didn't believe I
had had knee surgery at all because she had never seen that kind of muscle
improvement in such a short period of time.

I was involved in a car accident on January 30, 2006. A Dodge pickup struck
me on the side of my car going roughly 60mph. My knees slammed into the
dashboard, resulting in a PCL, partial MCL tear and major muscle damage.
I was able to return to normal activities without enduring the painful and
often time consuming rehab after surgery. I was back at work 6 weeks after
treatment, no surgery and have been great ever since. On a side note, being
around the people in the clinic while I was doing rehab motivated me to
start taking better care of myself and get involved with weight lifting and
other physical activities.

Rob Semerano, Age 26, 6', 197 lbs, RHP, Professional Baseball Player
I was 1st introduced to Rob in mid-October 2007 by Dr. Jersey Wulster. By
his own admission, Rob was not in the best of health and had not been able
to pitch injury-free in his 4 years of professional baseball in the Oakland
A's organization. His role is a closer which necessitates his readiness to
pitch on consecutive days. It is a very stressful position to play since you
never really know when you need to be ready. Rob throws the baseball at up
to 99mph.
His prior injuries included Tommy John surgery to repair his right elbow, a
severely sprained right ankle, low back disc problems, and small tears in
his right rear rotator cuff/ subscapularis. He was wearing an orthotic lift
in his right shoe that had been previously prescribed to offset his back
problems-this was removed as we worked to bring his body into natural
balance.
Dr. Jersey's initial examination revealed dramatic weakness in his right
(push off) leg, unresolved issues with his right ankle, low back
instability, extreme tenderness in his left trapezius, and weakness in his
right dealt and bicep. I won't bore you with the medical terminology that
describes these conditions but suffice to say that Rob had compensated for
all of his past injuries and it had thrown his Neurological systems off. His
original injuries had never been properly addressed and resolved.
With the help of ARP, we devised a
prioritized course of treatment to resolve all of Rob Semerano's health
issues. It should be noted that Rob was willing to follow the protocols and
directions for recovery to a T. He was very disciplined in his approach and
the results bear the fruit.
We met 9 times over the course of 20 days. Because of the distance he had to
travel, we treated multiple body parts on the same day. He was also
re-checked by Dr. Jersey 5 times as well.
His results were nothing short of spectacular and he transitioned into the
Ultra-Fit Rehabilitation Program under the direction of myself and Jay
Schroeder.
While doing the prescribed Ultra-Fit protocols over the ensuing 32 days, Rob
lost 2 pounds of fat, gained 5 pounds of muscle and was able to throw
pain-free for the 1st time since high school. His winter throwing program
was with a football.
At a videotaping session, I asked Rob how he would normally warm-up his arm
to pitch. He said it would take about 15 minutes to get loose enough to
start throwing a ball. After a month on Ultra-Fit not only was he remarkably
stronger but his flexibility went through the roof as well. On a cold winter
day in New Jersey, Rob was loose and ready to throw in about 60 seconds.
By the 2nd week of December, Rob graduated to the next level of Ultra-Fit.
He continues to progress in strength and flexibility and has begun his
pre-season baseball throwing. As of January 10, 2008 he is throwing
completely pain-free and eagerly awaits the upcoming season.
At his point, Rob's Ultra-Fit workouts are 4 days a week and last about 35
minutes. Please note that it's 35 minutes of total focus and effort while
performing only 4 different exercises.
Rob Semerano is a great role-model for athletes of all ages who want to get
to the highest levels of human performance. He understands the need for
'natural' athletes to carefully monitor intense training, nutrition, and
recuperation. He has been convinced by the dramatic results. - Russell Jones
"Since I've been working with Dr. Jersey (Wulster) and Russell, I noticed a
big improvement in my body feeling healthier and lighter. My muscles feel
much more functional for what I'm doing as a professional baseball player.
My body recovers a lot quicker after throwing sessions and I'm eager to see
how this all plays out in the upcoming season.
In addition, I'm able to get to a 'performance ready' state much quicker
than ever before. I've learned that it's not about stretching the muscles
out to get ready but about relaxing and loosening them. This comes about by
training my neurological system to 'fire' my muscles at the highest speed
possible while my antagonist muscles simultaneously turn off.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Jersey and Russell Jones to other athletes
for several reasons. *For healing quickly from both new and old injuries.
*For aligning one's body to keep in 'balance' which allows for peak
performance.
*For improving an individual's athleticism in a short period of time."
Rob Semerano, Port Jervis, New York
Yankees get SMART
A few months ago I wrote about a young man named Rob Semerano (http://www.powerworkshop.org/archive.htm
then see Training Results).
He is a 99 mph baseball pitcher who we helped overcome a myriad of injuries.
I think you might enjoy the 'rest of the story'.
Just after the 1st of this year, Rob was cut by the Oakland A's baseball
team citing his history of injury and having not completed 1 full pro season
without having to go on the DL (disabled list). Even though Rob had
completely recovered and was in the best shape of his life using ARP and
UltraFit, he was released.
As you can imagine, this was a tremendous blow to Rob Semerano. He had
worked his tail off getting healthy and getting SMART about taking care of
his body. Now he was without a job.
Someone from a local independent baseball team offered him a contract but it
was nothing compared to what the big leagues could pay. For the love of the
game Rob signed with the condition being that if the Major League Baseball
came calling-he could sign with them.
Well in mid-February Rob was invited to Florida for a tryout with the
Philadelphia Phillies. He pitched flawlessly but they were sorting out their
rosters and they told him 'we'll call you'.
A few weeks later he went out to Tucson, Arizona at the request of the
Colorado Rockies. He had another terrific tryout but they didn't sign him
citing 'concerns about his history of injuries'.
Rob came home for a week and got a call from the LA/California Angels for
him to come to their spring training camp in Tempe, Arizona. They kept him
there for a week and the coaches raved about his performance. The day he was
to sign he was told that there was a problem.
Someone in the front office had raised some concerns about Rob Semerano's
health history and they sent him home. We talked about how he had to create
a NEW history. I chronicled his miraculous journey back to health and then
addressed how Rob had worked himself into world-class physical condition.
AND we talked about Big Picture issues that transcended baseball.
Then just as Rob was resigned to pitching for the local independent league
team, he got a surprise call from the New York Yankees. His dad had talked
to someone who knew someone who casually mentioned to a Yankee scout about
this kid from Port Jervis, NY and Fordham University (Rob) who was throwing
extreme heat and was very healthy.
After looking at him in the Bronx, the Yanks shipped him to headquarters-
Tampa, Florida. They checked him out for a few days and then the Yankees got
SMART. Instead of going by his medical HISTORY, their team of Doctors and
Medical Professionals went by what they found. They found a young man in
fantastic physical condition- strong, quick, flexible and JACKED!!
So this past Tuesday the Bronx Bombers signed Rob Semerano to a contract.
Then they sent him to the Strength and Conditioning Coach to be further
evaluated. Rob readily explained the UltraFit Training System to the coach
but by the time he was finished all the coach could say was,"Well, you ARE
in incredible shape so just keep doing what you've been doing'". That's right
coach!!! Was Rob 'lucky' to be signed by the team he has loved since birth
Is he just another prima donna athlete that is 'lucky' to be able to play
games when the rest of us have to get a real job I guess that depends on
YOUR perspective.
A wise person once told me that the more I prepared… the more luck I would
have. You see LUCK is no more than the convergence of 2 powerful forces-
Preparation and Opportunity.
So even though Rob Semerano had to seek out a place that he could get healed
and a training system that would keep him healthy and he had to train harder
than he ever did before- he still got cut because of HISTORY. But he kept
Preparing all through the weeks of no calls and the reminders of his past
failures and then through all the tryouts without getting signed.
And we would talk and pray and he would get encouraged for the moment and I
wondered how long he could keep hope alive. Then the most storied sports
team in history- the NEW YORK YANKEES came callin'. And he was ready. Funny
how some people have all the LUCK.
Your friend (iC), Russell Jones
I have a confession to make -- it took me two years to
really look at the ARP (Accelerated Recovery Performance),
and at first I thought, Why go through all of the protocols
and pay the price they are asking Maybe you have shared my
skepticism.
Another confession - I
was arrogant enough to believe that I had pretty-well
mastered treating the problems they were treating and was
pretty good at it. Pride goeth before a fall, and I was
beautifully set up for another lesson in life. I was given
an ARP to try for a few months by a friend, and suddenly I
had some people failing some of my typical approaches. I
thought it was time to give ARP a try. Nothing I was doing
for these people was working, and like a miracle pushing
through my disbelief, the ARP was working.
My faith, confidence and
belief went up rapidly as I saw people respond to this
therapy. I asked myself, What was it that I didn't get
before in my education that was working now, and how does it
work? See if this strikes a chord with you: muscles are
stabilizers and absorb shock when functioning correctly.
When injury occurs, they compensate and transfer that force
directly into the joint where it does not belong. The
neurological pattern of compensation is like a detour in the
muscle and takes a new, longer route around the injury site.
When the muscle/injury heals, it keeps the neurological
pattern detour, and consequently the compensation in that
muscle functions at less than optimum.
Most therapies are
fighting the neurological/electrical signal with a
mechanical force, which is painful and counter-productive.
The ARP sends a signal to the muscle at the road block not
to protect, but to neurologically reconnect the efficient
pathway of function. The muscle now performs as a shock
absorber again and takes the force out of the joint,
stopping the pain and degenerative cascade. The ARP
literally looks for the Cellular Disruption Location in
the tissue and breaks through the blockade. Better function
and performance is the result.
The ARP utilizes exclusive protocols. They are the
crucial element that differentiates the ARP from ALL other
electrical stimulation devices. These protocols CANNOT be
used with any other electrical stimulation device, since no
other device will allow the muscles to relax to the extent
needed.
Without the protocols
and programs, the ARP is like any other galvanic electrical
stimulation device. With the protocols and programs, the ARP
becomes a one-of-a-kind tool to dramatically change the
present way of dealing with soft tissue injury and
postsurgical rehabilitation.
Dr. Kevin Hearon
As someone who works extensively
with professional athletes in the NFL, NHL, NBA, PGA, as
well as collegiate athletes, I get many people wanting me to
try different things. A friend introduced me to ARP for
treatment of soft tissue, ACL and rotator cuff injuries, as
well as surgery prevention/rehabilitation.
I really hadn't given
the ARP much thought, until a football player for the
University of New Hampshire fell and tore his ACL/ MCL. He
also had a lateral meniscus tear with joint effusion and a
bone bruise on the right knee. Several years prior, this
patient had had reconstructive surgery of the left ACL, and
he didn't want to go through that again. His father said to
me, Do anything you can think of to avoid surgery! I
thought it was a good time to put ARP to the test, since it
is promoted as an instrument that is effective in treating
ACL injuries.
I had the ARP sent over
to give it a try. Within 20 weeks, the patient was
completely healed from the ACL tear with no physical
restrictions, and I had pre- and post-MRIs to verify this. I
was sold. I began using it on athletes to see how it worked,
and I discovered that using the ARP greatly prevented the
need to send patients out for surgery and physical therapy.
I found that if a patient did need surgery, recovery time
was reduced by 50% by using ARP. All PT and Rehab now takes
place in my office with ARP, which greatly increases
revenue. I started with one ARP machine, and now have five
machines as well as a full-time ARP technician. 10 ARP
sessions is the standard protocol for most soft tissue
injuries. Advanced injuries such as a torn ACL would, of
course, require more treatment.
Using the ARP is a match
made in heaven for a CCEP. The CCEP and the ARP are made to
work together. All patients who use the ARP must receive an
adjustment prior to ARP treatment . If you're not a CCEP and
want to use the ARP, you are required to take all of the
muscle testing and protocols from Arp. However, as CCEPs
the tools Dr. Hearon taught us have prepared us for the ARP.
The results are amazing and mind-blowing.
In addition to treatment
of injuries, PT and rehab, I also use the ARP for loosening
an athlete before playing a sport, which prevents injuries.
We used the ARP recently at the Boise Open Golf Tournament
in September, and immediately saw golfers getting 20-30 more
yards on their drives by using the ARP to loosen the
athlete. I have found that the ARP is a great way to get
more athletes into my office.
I treated a high school
wrestler who was headed to Citadel Military College on a
full-ride wrestling scholarship. He was keeping in shape
through the summer before entrance when he tore his rotator
cuff while practicing. He was taken to the medical doctor,
he was diagnosed with a torn labrum a slap lesion. When he
came to my office, I adjusted his SC joint as well as his AC
joint, bicep tendon and elbow. I decided to use the ARP
protocol on him. He came for four visits. He re-visited his
orthopedic surgeon who was very impressed with his progress
-- he was able to do push-ups in the orthopedic office!
As a precautionary
measure, the parents decided to proceed with surgery to
repair the labrum. The orthopedic surgeon was very impressed
during the surgery at the condition of the injury. The ARP
had taken out all inflammation, scar tissue, and the surgeon
had a clear view to repair the labrum. The orthopedist
recommended PT, and the patient came to me. We finished the
remaining six ARP sessions, and the patient had full range
of motion, no pain, and was able to wrestle in division one
at college as originally planned.
I also treated a
50-yr-old female pharmacist. She was in excellent condition;
however, she had endured hip pain for years. An MRI showed a
labrum tear, but she didn't want surgery. She had tried
various treatments throughout the years. I applied what I
learned through my CCEP training, and did a gait analysis
and checked her kinetic chain. I prescribed orthotics after
adjusting all extremities. Her pain decreased, but was still
present. Many would have recommended surgery at this point,
but I introduced her to ARP therapy. The standard ten ARP
treatments relieved her pain, an enormous life-change for a
person who stands all day in their work.
Finally, I cannot express
my pleasure when it was announced on National TV that one of
the NFL players I treated with ARP was back in the game 4
weeks after medial collateral ligament damage when it had
been stated he would be out for 8 weeks. Sure don't know
what treatment he received, but whatever it was, it worked!
